Took biofilm cleansers and knuckling down even more so on avoiding phytic acid
 

Phytic acid is what is in seeds. It is what enables you to put seeds in a drawer and plant them 10 years later. Takes enormous energy to break phytic acid down in your body if you are not a ruminant animal with natural occurring phytase enzyme. The only way to offset phytic acid if you insist on consuming it (seeds like corn and peas and sunflower etc, seed oils, grains, etc) is to ferment it

15.9 miles of backpacking goodness. Summitted Table Rock, crossed the Linville River via homemade rope bridge, hiked down the river. Waded back across and then hiked back up out of the Gorge

Lots of fun but lots of bruises and blisters too. The views made up for everything

That sounds good, but I don't think that's quite how it works.
 
Hit the gym for an hour this morning with an old friend. We are committed to 30 days 5x week and see from there.

Weak
