ZJ 4 inch lift:

My girlfriend wants to lift her 98 ZJ 4 inches, what would be the best lift of the price? I was thinking that rubicon or teraflex but I wanted to get some other ideas.

I put the RE 4.5 lift on my wifes ZJ. Works great, handles very well on road. We have not wheeled it really but it seems to articulate pretty good.

My brother ran the 3.5 RE Super ride and I liked it alot but the rise in altitude seemed to cause it to wear out rear drive shafts.

www.rocky-road.com first don't waste money on new rear coil springs, by using the fronts in the back you can gain 3.5 lift.{sure your spring rate will be a little off but what the heck.} it would be wise to buy adjustable upper controls arms as well for much better articulation, an alignment. hope that might help!

Three years on the RE 4.5 lift, no drive shaft, or any other, issues at all
