Looking to get a couple HEPA filters for our office. About 4000sqft total. I know nothing about them. Any tips on what to buy or what to avoid?

We bought a Winix Plasmawave (HEPA+ozoner) 5 years ago to squelch the indoor cats litterbox.
Have to change the carbon outer filter monthly (directly above the box = very dusty) and large cartridge yearly... despite numerous gainers off the counter (theys a rowdy bunch), no issues to date.
It's got a sensor that's spooky good... have farted on the other side of the room and 30 seconds later it's ramped up to "max"

Just tell them it going WAO is part of it's "DEP regeneration cycle"I dont know if that would be a good thing or bad thing. I would get a kick out of it, but it might make the ladies in the office nervous!
