Anybody know a good way to cross reference this compressor off my old refrigerator? Kenmore #4388009 but thats discontinued and i cant find it anywhere.

step one, find a $100 fridge on Facebook. Step two, swap it with that one.

That's what in leaning toward, but the one I have is a known entity. FB one could die in a week.
Yes, dad has some R12, so that's not a problem.

Buddy of mine just picked 2 Frigdes, around 15 years old. I'll have to ask him the Models. Yours a Kenmore?
Tried D&L, or Cashwell appliance parts in Charlotte? One place I worked, the Old numbers would switch to the new number. I don't know if you can call Kenmore?
Called him & 1 is a Frigidaire. Trying to get him to look at the compressor, but he's busy turning up a case.
