And I think all angles should be measured from the same perspective (either inside or outside the confines); what's there is two 90's and two 270's. Or as @No fries pointed out, 269.99997.

Now my head hurts.

The only question that remains, if that shape were cut into a piece of 4140, could @jeepinmatt use it to turn a German bolt?

Its actually a CAD model of the tool I designed to turn that German bolt! :laughing: I'm having it made with a shaper from a chunk of unobtanium. ;)
