My work truck is an '07 and I have CEL ranting about misfires and such so I need plugs and coils looks like. I'm seeing a set of 8 coils for $360-$565 in Walker, Ultima, Master Pro, Accel. and MSD at Oriellys and LOTS more at Rock Auto but I don't have time to wait for shipping.
I need to get the truck back on the road asap with a quality set of coils and plugs. What have y'all used that you like best? @Noel @Croatan_Kid and anyone else Thanks

On my jeep with block huggers, I had to find some that were just long enough to reach. Stock didn’t work. I used the cheapest orielys did my daily

Definitely scan it out see what cylinders. Do plugs and wires and only replace bad coils. They rarely fail. But if you wanna go all out I’d prefer oem ones.

That's the route that I'm thinking now that I've had time to chew on it. I am a replace the old stuff all at once kind of person but those coils ain't cheap either!

The coils don't fail often. I'd start with plugs and wires. Delco or NGK. If I'm not mistaken, the Delco plugs are made by NGK anyway. There's a RockAuto warehouse in or around Winston-Salem, so you'd likely have them pretty quick. For the vast price difference, I'd wait a day or two.
