If they dodge the data center, it will eventually be a 1000 house neighborhood or 5000 unit apartment complex, and there will be 20x as much traffic, zero useful infrastructure improvements, and the city/county will pay for it all. I’d much rather have a well maintained, quiet, professional data center adjacent to my property than a neighborhood full of Yankees and halfbacks. Data centers don’t complain about loud cars and gunshots and farm smells.![]()

I smell a publicity stunt. This guy is trying to launch his career Jussie style. I doubt the folks at Tesla knew about the song or the Cyber truck related to the account for the real name of the rapper.
