Bettery on my cell phone (LG vx4400) is toast. Leaving town on business on Sat and desperately need one. I ordered one from a company on FleaBay weeks ago but the seller has vanished. I'm pursuing it but know it won't get resolved in time.

Any idea on where to get one either locally or really fast shipping on the cheap? Worst case is Batteiries plus, but it's $35 there. Grr.

walmart

Check Wallyworld or some place like that, they now have out an Engizer pack that is a charger that runs off AA batteries. They work really well and are about $20. Plus you can use it after you get your new bat.

While Batteries Plus may be more $, they do have it one!

Perhaps you'd rather save a few sheckles and use smoke signals or can/strings to communicate?

I considered that.
However I think that the can and strings route will get very annoying for all the folks between here and Ca all the timelifornia that will have that darn string running across their yard.

Smoke signals would almost work, if it weren't for all those damn California hippies smokin' other stuff... mixin' up my signals....

Try drums?

Batteries + will be yer best bet unless you company has an office nearby.

Are you going to get me a picture of the battery? Seriously, I've got one here from my old phone. It will probably work, but I need to see the old one to be sure.

Sorry, wife had taken the camera to school. Snapped some at work this morning.

Oh and yes, that IS tape holding the old battery in place. Dropped too many times, the little clips broke off.

I think it cross references with VX4400B and VX4300. Don't know about others.
