Last couple of years has been to post up a solid commitment to some sort of food / side and @jeepinmatt has tallied it up for people to see. He may be tired from working diligently on his rig or ensuring he has a locking pin for the hitch of his trailer but he has done a great job these last couple of years.

Not sure if you missed it but he’s lucky it made it to the G2G after it tried to vacate itself from his truck last year on the way to the party because some unknown party may, or may not, have forgot to lock it down to the tow rig.
Last couple years I have smoked a few shoulders/butts and the sides and toppings have been pot luck style. I’m up for trying new things too lol but bbq is so damn easy.
