We took videos of the in process and then went back later and watched them in slow motion and figured out the max values and put them in a spreadsheet:

Rebuilding the top screen deck in screen house 2 on the middle shaker. This silica is no joke. It’s a pain in the ass wearing it all but it’s good cause this stuff will fawk up your respiratory system with a vengeance.

A little. It has a 6" ish RC lift up front and I think a 3" block out back.
