too heavy (so is the 7.3 tbf)...a scrambler is a a tough vehicle to get weight distrbution right in.
If you actually want to street it and have it have any manners....actually it why the 2 Vb CJ7 I built I went with sbf over sbc (pre LS days)...that 80-100lbs made a world of difference.

Well, if you're gonna go that route, you really need to put some CJ 4.2 crank and rods in there to take it back to its roots

If I ever build a rat rod or hot rod ..... It WILL have a GM 292 inline six with 2 single barrel carbs.
Only 350-450hp ... but the aesthetic would be awesome!
