MOTD (Meme of the Day)

I just realized the other day that there's only 2 people been at my work longer that me. When I started I was the youngest by almost 20 years.
Before I left my old company, I was sitting at a luncheon beside a guy I had worked with across 2 companies for 20 years.
I hired this guy right out of college and I was the 26 year old young hot shot...

He looked over at me and said, damn we are supposed to be the young punks who "don't know shit"...how did we get to be the old heads that everyone else turns to.

Similar (less uh, extreme?) realization on my end recently. I got into the steel business at 18 and have always been the young buck on site that nobody listens to and always had to fight to get the point across. Now for some reason people keep asking me what to do?! Like im supposed to know what we are doing?!
