Need a price check on isle 3

I have a friend that is going g through something’s and planning on selling her TJ

I know the market is all over the place, so what do you all think a fair (non NC4X4) price would be?

2004 Rubicon
6 speed manual
Hard top and soft top
Garage kept
No modifications, all stock
She bought new
41k original miles

Given the miles and condition, probably $20-25k. Which pains me to say, haha. But that's a nice, stock, unmolested unicorn. Only "downside" if you can call it that is that it's not an LJ, but not everyone wants an LJ anyway. Probably do best on BringATrailer or Autotrader and Cars.com, something like that where you can tap into the nationwide pool of someone wanting a low miles survivor. But Facebook and NC4x4 have surprised me many times so that's worth a shot too.

even has a cool license plate, Offer to transfer that to sweeten the deal.

Definitely need a nationwide audience to bring max dolla
 
I say it goes for mid 20s if cleaned up and has good photos.
 
You know the more I think about this, I think its going to be a real PITA and a long difficult road to deal with.

U just happen to have $12k available, I'll offer to give it now and save trouble.

I advised her to start at $25k and test the waters.

Also, I learned something more about her. I inquired about the license plate. Well she worked in the department of insurance at one point so she was not on board with the “lost tag” so I could hang it in my garage :laughing:
