Someone on the forum had 4 Warn 15k winches for sale. Before I could say mine @Croatan_Kid made the deal. But as usual was kind enough to sell me one at wholesale prices. These were all a little rough...

Got it apart sort of and left the rest in the parts washer for 6 months. Still had to cut the motor side drum support. A few bills to Montana Jacks and a few hours this morning and Tada...

This thing had been into before as bushings and shims were all sorts of wrong. The planet ring has the label for a 16.5, but the solenoid pack is for a 15. I dunno what I got, but it's heavy, has a fresh rebuild and works. Just got to spool the cable back on now.

I'm in the market for a 2013-2018 ram winch bumper now...

They built a Culver’s at the front of our business park, right across from my office, 150 steps from door to door. It opened last week. This is dangerous. I’m probably gonna need to quit to stay under 300 pounds.
