Somewhat related. This is a dude from me and @CLRracer community. He was a total catbird, an absolute community legend. Frankie had his piece of ground a few miles down the road from Duane and it was known far and wide. His yard looked like a haunted house year round, he had a coffin standing up. When the carpetbaggers started moving in and the land behind him got developed. He got so pissed off at the sound of dump trucks beeping all around him, he got his own backup alarm. After the developer got done, he bought a sure enough dump truck backup alarm and wired it up to run non stop from 7am until 11pm, exactly what our county ordinance allowed. He gave the developer absolute hell. We lost a legend. His niece wrote a fantastic obituary for him.
