D35 - YJ rear shaft interchange with an XJ?

I have a '94 YJ with a bad rear wheel bearing and I'm worried that the axle shaft may be toast, too. Of course, I did have a spare YJ D35 but recently got rid of it.

Before I tear into it, I was wondering if an XJ D35 shaft will fit since they are easy to come by.

If not, who has a pass side YJ shaft for me?
 
XJ shaft should work just fine, ive got stacks of 35 shafts for you, whenever i see you.

edit...i saw your truck at callantee, will you be going next month???

if so, bring me waggys and ill bring you 35 shafts
 
make sure whatever 35 shafts you get are c clip shafts as the older 35's didn't have c clips (87-90 i think, maybe 89)
 
Thanks for the info, folks. That's good to know if things turn ugly with this job.

Greg, sorry I missed you at Callalantee. I want to go again this month, but my wallet is telling me I need to stick closer to home. I might go to DPG instead since I have never been.
