84 4runner, should i buy it???

ok, i found a 84 4runner with a new motor, new tranny, lllift and brand new 33" tsls for 3500$, it also has another head and another tranny to go with it and it has a snorkel kit and has already been partially sealed. do yaw think its worth it???? there is no rust and the paint is only flaking in one place let me know what yaw think
