Jeep 4.0 motor swap

I have a '92 motor that had an AX-15 behind it going into a 95 wrangler with an auto. I'm just wondering if the computers will be the same?

If you are keeping the auto and using the computer from the auto then you should be ok. Both are OBDI. The stick computer won't work because it will have no way to interface with the transmission to control shifts. If you have the stick computer it should be easy to trade it for an auto computer + $$ to someone doing a swap in another rig.
