Just buy a nut splitter and be done with it. Crank that thing down until the wedge hits the bolt. Back it out and repeat in another spot about halfway around.

OR get another nut and weld it to the stripped nut. I have done this in the pass with sucess

wd40 the hinge, and move back and forth. eventually it should just lift off. if that doesn't work, just drive backwards with your door open and side swipe a telephone pole. maybe that'll help?
