having trouble bleeding brakes

Im having a little trouble, i was finishing up my 1ton axel swap on my 2000 dodge ram 1500 and one of the guys helping nicked the rear hard brake line know i have no brakes and i cant get any brake fluid or air to the rear brakes.Ive put new caliper and brake pads on the front, new wheel cylender brake pads and hard lines on the rear, i went and got a brake bleeder did nothing the master cylender is working fine. im running out of ideas if any one could help that would be great. also the brakes worked great before it went into the shop.

nicked with a grinder but i replaced the lines.
 
Is there a proportioning valve in the rear? If so you'll need to bleed that first.

does my truck have a proportioning valve i read my haynes manual and i cant find anything about it i have metering valve stem that might be the same thing ???
 
when bleeding brakes just allways remember to bleed closestto the mast cyl first and out from there, you can even bleed at line/ tube junctions

the front brakes are getting fluid the driver side is the first i tried to bleed but the back brakes have no fluid and i put my mechanical brake bleeder on and i can pump it up to 25 psi and it holds.

Ive always heard from farthest to closest. Have you tried bleeding the rear line at the MC to see if you get some air out of it that could be preventing it from comin through the lines?

yes is there a way that all the abs stuff is stopping the fluid from getting to the rear

I'd try a bleed that. At least crack the inlet and out line to see if you're getting fluid in and out. Also bleed furthest from master cyl first, then next furthest and so on.
