what kind of bug?

Found these small, fuzzy bugs at the house today. They look like a piece of fuzz crawling across the ground, but if you pick it up and turn it over, it is a small white critter w/6 legs. I tried to take pics, but my camera isn't good enough or the bug is just too small. It is about the size of popcorn kernel. Here is a pic on the hood of my jeep. It is the larger thing in the pic, not the scratches. this is the best pic I can get.

looks like the same fuckers that have all but de-leafed my rose bush on the side of my house, I went out to see why 1/2 the leafs were GONE, and i noticed the tine white fuzz looking things caring off tiny pieces of leafs...

that's the rare south african beetle bug it kills thousands every year or it might just be a fuzzy bug hard to say.
