The re-birth of Callalantee

i just made up the extra $$$ for riding mt city for 2011. instead of a 12' christmas tree we saved and got a 10' tree. $75 saved and put in my 4x4 piggy bank just for callalantee :)

Damn it! If ya'll would just stfu and take up pottery, i would have the whole place to myself.
But................................................................
As stated before.
Build a rig, buy a bigass trailer and diesel tow rig.
If i lost 15$ in the Callalantee parking lot i wouldn't know because it costs me 200$ in fuel alone just to get there and back.
And my truck tag (26000#) is around 450$.
One dude said "I'm not poor, but i am cheap"
Me too.
I have and shall continue to ride at Callalantee because its BADASS!
My name is Paul, and i don't give a shit what you think of me.

I hope you all non-supporters look at the map and drool!!!!!

And you non-supporters take the poll results and put as your screen saver. I personally won't vote on it!!!

IT DON"T MATTER WHAT YOU THINK!!!! It is what it is.....

Go get 5500 plus acres for us to wheel on and see what you do!!!!

Let me add big tires don't tear up the earth!!! This pissed me off!!! My pretty much my stock cherokee can dig some dirt out!!! All tires offroad tear shit up!!!!!!!
Be careful what you say, everyones rig is built for them, how they want it!!! Let's not knock no rig or tire size, we all are a wheelin community no matter what you wheel!!!!

Back on hand here....What the thread is for.....hahahaha!!!

The only thing I suggest is place the "pay before you unload" sign closer to the entrance. We did not see it, when you go left it's not noticable.

Oh.....Fill the two holes in, to the left top of the parking lot going towards the cabins and/or trails....Some of us are "no drivers"!!!! lol

Can't wait for the Grand opening!!!!

But I will be there New Years to support Callalantee "snow or shine"!!!!

unfortunately at a little over 500 mile round trip,I can't do Cali as a day trip.I will be back sometime next year. I'm not going to give up on the area.I'll just do a little different in my planning and preping is all.

I understand that!!!
That's what we do watch our money and plan everything out.
No wheelin' trip is cheap to us. But we knew this going into it and will not ever talk bad about any ORV Park!!
This is truly what I love to do and hats off to those that give us a place to wheel!!!!!
Hope you get out that way soon best of luck to ya!!!!

The story I heard was that Neeta was giving Rox & Mud a penny for every pageview on a Callalantee thread.

Four or five thousand more views and he'll have enough money to go ride for a day. :flipoff2:

I just thought it was a random joke........but since I read it on the internet it must be true.:alien:
I always wondered why before 07 all the jeep comercials where "on road" muddy rocky ones.......but still on road.
Still havent seen one off road yet:flipoff2:

It definitely wasn't a joke, just an attempt to educate. The fact that the jk is the most capable offroad platform ever made is indisputable. Plus this thread went so far off topic i figured why not post it here.

Does that mean plywood is the most capable building platform?with enuf $$$ you can build it into a house:popcorn:

I am talking stock vs stock. Take any previous model jeep wrangler, cj, yj , mj, yj and take em offroad and the jk will out perform them. Why else would they put the trail rated badges on them.
