Fall crawl 2010

that is one of my most favorite trails with a full size. I just barely fit through there. Unless they have been up there cutting trees that is a fun tight trail. There is a full size suburban that wheels with us with tons and 42's and he loses a rear passenger side door handle and glass everytime we run that trail. Last time it was a little wet and we spent probably an hour or so just trying to get up that first hill. ended up winching all the way up

I hate to burst your bubble, but I did Mason Jar in a Toyota 4 runner with absolutely nothing done to it except a rear spool and some massive fender trimming this weekend. 33's and still open diff in the front, still on IFS.

If I had a short narrow vehicle, I could drive around obstacles all day too...

It is still very narrow in alot of spots. My tires, rock rails and tube bed all help quite a bit:driver:

Blah Blah Blah, Im not exactly your average Sunday driver. One day we will be on the same trail at the same time, after ive had a lil time to sink some dime into my weeeee lil ol bitty Japanese funbox. Then we can go head to head for a couple o trails. I wasnt saying that your rig doesnt go well, I was just sayin, dont put the ones down who had to winch. You forget, there are people out there who are plenty capable of taking a lesser rig, more places than even your behimeth baddass rig. Have a great day kind sir.

Get your panties out of a wad! I wasn't bashing the Jeeps- the ledge doesn't look tough in the pics, so I was explaining that the Jeeps had to winch. Full size rigs get bashed all the time by Jeepers and Toy drivers alike- whatever- I just like to wheel and there's room for every 4x4 from Tube buggies to stock full size 4x4s.

I don't do the competition thing, but would be more than happy to ride along on a trail with you as I do with all sorts of rigs- modified & stock!!

Although it has 44s and tons, my truck won't go everywhere alot Jeeps and Toys on 44s and tons will go. It's just plain big, but that makes for a better driver at the end of the day :driver:.

Good luck with your build and maybe we will see you on the trail- you know what my rig looks like- feel free to stop and introduce yourself.

Todd

Ive just got a big mouth to compensate for the lack of size in my rig! I use to wheel a long wheelbase Heavy Chevy with tons and 44s. As you may already have guessed, it didnt fit alot of places very well. I will have to admit, I gave it a good shot, but you just arent the arguing type.Nice to meet ya Todd, my name is Shawn.

I can argue with the best of them... being from Boston helps me quite a bit!! I just don't do it online- I keep it for face to face around the campfire or on the trail!:flipoff2:
