So to prove your point that pick up truck drivers have big ego's. You start a thread to talk shit about how everyone who drives a diesel pick up has a big ego but then sit there and talk about how OTR tractors are way better and start another thread with videos trying to back up your point. :confused:

I think the OP is referring to the type of driver who has a stock turbo setup with every ounce of his intent thrown at making the thing smoke like a freight train, nobody is arguing the badassness of the various offroad competition vehicles we have seen
 
just like big rigs, ricers, prius', drag cars, etc. light duty diesels have a place and time in this world. not everybody needs a big rig to haul there car trailer, camper, etc. around.

now with that said stacks are gay, but sometimes they do serve a purpose (although most of the time they dont). but anyways any truck that requires a 2ft drop hitch to haul anything is just for looks and to show they, or mommy and daddy have lots of money, diesels were put in light duty trucks for a specific reason and that was to haul

My comment was a joke. I have had a stack for several years for safety reasons. My truck smokes at idle and hazes bad going down the road. I would rather direct the smoke straight up and not in someones window. Also if I grenade a Turbo and the turbine wheel comes out, I would rather not shoot a 2000* razor blade into the crowd.
