I have an old book somewhere that actually explains the pronunciation and why its that way. it is willis as in whatcha talking about. not will-eez. Ill post that up later, but its cool either way

You got that backwards snappy. I never heard it mispronounced as "will-us" until I moved to the south. Damn yankess pronounce it "will-eez". Hey potat-O or potahtoe. Same thing right?
