Will be cooking burgers and hotdogs probably chips or something along those lines and have drinks.
$7 per person, all you can eat/drink
Will not provide any alcohol, if you would like to drink, you are welcome to, but you are responsible for bringing it yourself.

If you have any questions you can PM me or post.

Some of you have been to the shop, and have met Jon and everyone else. The more the merrier.

Once the majority of the people get to the meet we will start cooking, not wanting to cook 20-30 burgers if we don't need to, Thanks.

really?? Dang it man. My dad is wanting to go deep sea fishing that weekend. I'll be there if he changes his mind.

Sorry man, this date was planned the same time as the last meet was planned, just took a while to iron out the details this time around. Hope you can make it out Scott

Trying to do the trip the following weekend. See how it goes.

I'll finally be there. Just about got the jeep figured out. Tire's have been to total PIA due to poor seller. C yall then. Chris.

planning on being there, looking forward to it. i imagine that a cook out will be way better than a Hams or Hooters, no shitty service and way cheaper!

Stephen, Sucks you won't make it, its not cuz of jeep problems is it? Im sure we could figure something out before then.

Chris, Glad you will make this one. I will call you sometime today, I vageuely remember talking to u on the phone last night, I fell out about 7:30 pm, hadn't slept much all weekend.

Phillip, hope yall make this one, as for the price, took forever to decide a price, and alcohol was a big issue mostly because everyone likes a different beer and there could have been legal concerns too if some people weren't 21.

pm's have been sent to most folks about expanding the meet and greets into something more, if your interested and didn't get a PM just ask me.

hping to make it out to this one but i think this is my motor swap weekend so idk yet but i definitely gotta quit puttin it off...lol

Well you made the last one but didn't bring the banjo so gonna have to give u 1/2 credit.

If some one brings a banjo, I'll bring a Mandolin.

I can't play it but its fun to hold like I know what I'm doing.

Ive never seen it... but he claims to be able to play that as well.

i think its a fair price, ill probably just pay an even $10 anyway to help out.
as for beer, since its BYOB everyone gets what they want. as for people under 21, if they just act like they got some since and all it should go great. long as everyone has a DD.

The price has raised some attention, and to some it does seem high, but its set high because Jon didn't know what to charge.
I did some math this morning, for the first meet and greet as _____________ club down the road, and figured if the initial 11-12, plus guests came... $10 a piece... Could go as far as to get a Keg, 15 Little Caesars Pizzas, and 5-6 Bags of Random Chips...

Would come out at cost around $180 bucks... Figure 20-25 people, thats $200-250, leaving 20-70 for Club fund right out the gate. If more, thats cool too because 15x8=120 slices of pizza... standard keg holds around 120 beers, probably a good combination good for anywhere from 20-40 people IMO.

Lots of planning going on for later down the road...
Even buying Soda/Water/Beer Cases would come out fairly reasonable.

if i do come il bring the banjo and i dont play the mandoline as well as the guitar or banjo but i can pick around at it....lol....hpefully il be makin some head way on the truck soon

you know this IF bullshit has to stop :flipoff2: just drop off the banjo I'll figure out how to play it, I mean make some noise with it

this should be a great time, no one will be in a hurry to leave like at Ham's. I hope Jon doesnt kick us out early haha

I've never known Jon to be in a hurry so should be good there.

I don't imagine Alex leaving that Banjo anywhere... Intentionally. Morgan (Banjo's Name) is like his child.

As for Jon kicking us out, I don't see that happening, and as Chris said I have almost never seen Jon in a hurry...

Figured I would share that the shop fridge is now STACKED to the gills with random beers. A local bar closed down their current location and gave them all the beers they didn't sell the last night. Probably 100-200 beers easy... Ying Ling, Busch, Bud Light Lime, Busch Light, PBR, Michelob, and many others. Dunno if they will last till the meet and greet... but its possible.
