So the wife likes this look for an accent wall in the house. We went to the place that makes it , while I understand the time involved in making this I can never justify $5500 for three sheets of 4x8 paneling. Does anyone know if mills have this stuff ? It is eastern white pine

Tell your wife to stop looking at Pinterest pictures of multi-million dollar houses if she doesn't want to be disappointed that her house can't look like that. :D I know this because I do the same thing.

Also, $1600 a sheet is almost as much per square foot as reclaimed barn wood.

Cali Bamboo used to have a random-height rough cork tile panel that was really cool, but it looks like they've discontinued it.

I'm having an internal debate about how I feel about the term "engineered bark" on their site.

Man I remember when there was a big rush on poplar park. Every podunk single Wide way back in the woods had a pile of trees stripping for bark. That came and went fast though

Yeah I sold some bark to Cotton and made a pile of money off of trees I was already taking down. I like the look on certain houses but most I’ve seen looks like crap.
