tkob1060 saw your previous post, I'm heading down around 5pm friday from Winston. If you wanna meet somewhere and go together hit me on my cell 336.978.0009, names Stephen. Same goes for anyone else. It'll be me, possibly old_blue, and Old_Red01 is for sure coming along

will have to see about that.....idk if my boss man will let me close down the parking area beside the store....but we have the best damn NY style pizza around period...lol

If we cant do it there....im sure we can find a abondon parking lot close by to do it in.....maybe we can use the new stadium parking area...maybe we can see about that.... ill look in to the stadiumparking too....

based on the location probably not... wouldn't be against getting some though, prices seem a bit steep for a pizza, is it worth it?

I have never had the pizza except stumblin over from bruke street pub. But its awesome if i can make it past the hot dog guy on the street. lol I don't think there is much area around it to have a meet. though it be a good place to take a few of us after hams is over. burke street is a fun street.
 
Terry being the exception, those damn hotdogs guys are ruthless, always catch me outside tailgaters in greensboro... its like well I was gonna go to... sure Ill have a hotdog. Id be up for whatever as long as its a weekend.
 
There pizza is the best....yea a lil expesive than other places...but its for the better quality in the food....so prices are a lil higher...yea if i cant make it out to ham's definatly come by and hit me up....and we can talk rigs for a min or tw depending on if im still delivering or not....yes i use my R50 to deliver food....lol (knock on wood) i have never been stuck in her....and i made a killing in the snow this past year.....i delivered pizza and towed out of dichtes the whole time...lol but i wasnt workin for Burke Street then....lol
 
Its a cool event and all, but try not to hijack my thread. I appreciate what your trying to do, but try to show a little respect to what I am trying to do, I haven't came into your thread and said "Oh hey everyone once you leave this event ride out to the triad meet and greet we will have this that and the other thing" I would come to your event if it were closer, but because of the time of it I am unable to attend, by the time I was able to get there you would have been over for about 45 minutes. This is the 2nd time however you have advertised your event in my thread and I do not appreciate it.
 
Yeah smoke your all good, I don't really even mind mentioning things you know but he posted twice in here without mentioning anything about this event, and just was advertising his own. He doesn't understand the difference between that and me making a post related to the topic in his thread, so I suppose it can't be helped, going to drop it but just irritated me a little bit.

usually depends, but I know in advance now I have plans, its a friends birthday so I will probably try to get outta there by 8... Last time I know most stayed until 9-9:30

Hey, new to the Forum. Im gonna make it out, been looking for a closer meet. Went down to the lake Norman one the first time they had it, but the drive was too far for my friends and my Jeep...

This time Ill be alone but next time I should be able to get a couple more to come out.

Bump...

The meet is right around the corner folks, try to convince a few friends to come out and see what its about. I figure we will be on the patio area, parking in the primecare lot, rti ramp setup aswell weather permitting. Weather Channel says 40% chance of precipitation for Saturday afternoon. So we will have to see.
 
Its been saying 40-50% all week and only been raining late at night. Should be good to go.
 
Any of you maybes plan on coming? I know Alex aka 76GMC apparently has a gig at 3 that day, so he is unsure if he will make it out. Would like to see as many of ya as possible though.
 
i got a birthday party this weekend guys :(
but the next one, especially if in Greensboro i will make it and i have already got some buddys with me
 
I got plans too, but plans come later lol, the meet is at 6, then have to go to a buddies party for whatever he wants to call it. There is a Toga/Kegger though also, so its up in the air, but I plan to leave the Hams by 8. You can stop in, no harm for only being there for 20 minutes or whatever, just gives us the chance to meet eachother and everyone else in between. We discussed switching the location but really haven't had anyone make any suggestions.

@Tkob, glad you can make it, weaseled out of the family trip? ;D
 
i thought about trying to pop in but the party starts at 5. i really wanted to come. there is no way ill miss the next one. id stick with the location this time but i think the turn out will be really good for Greensboro. just drink a beer for me XJ! ill buy ya 2 next time.
 
Lol I can most definately handle that, Hams does Mug nite on saturdays, any mug, $1.50. Haha, see ya next time.
