yea it has the 258 4.2L. it still needs some longer shocks but i have some coming next week. then it will be ready to be tested at ure.

Those aren't steps, its the rocker trim that came with the Renegade package.

Speaking of those brushed AL trim pcs.... BEFORE you wheel it, take them OFF! I've seen them go for HUGE $$ for the resto crowd (and your look to be in pretty good shape)... enough $$ to fund some nice "stock appearing" rocker protection...

I made some rocker guards yesterday. very basic. just cut and drilled some angle iron.

Yea Dave, i did get the angle iron from Atlantic scrap. they were extremely helpful. and both pieces i got cost about 18 bucks total.

and Brent, yea i drive around Dtown w-s a lot. but that XJ is gone. the new work truck is a tan exploder. it has IFS and electronic 4x4 switch. i dont know how i feel about it. haha
