Had a delay on Sat. daughter was up town and brakes went out on her car( while she was backing out of a parking space thank goodness). Had to load up trailer and go pick her up, then had to replace the rear brake cly and brake shoes. So now I am behind again.
Front end is complete except for diff cover
Cut off the back part of the exo. need to cut fenders since I moved the rear back another 3"
Note to self....Check fuel level before attempting test drive
After adding gas, the test drive went extremly well. I guess I was exspecting sopmething to go wrong?

Need to wire the rear winch and get exhaust next week then finally ready for a trail test run! Also need to find some 17" wheel to mount the 42's on. Didn't realize they were a scarce item.
Yup you did when you stole the one you bought out from under me Actually I just procrastinated way too long. I need some 17" beadlocks. I am looking for some steel wheels so I can do the weld on thing since I have soo much invested in the axle
I don't have any 17" steel wheels but I do have a set of Beadlock Specialties 17" aluminum beadlocks I would sell if you are interested. Just let me know.
Figured I would wrap this up. Found some 17" beadlock specialties wheels. Have 5/8" thich rock rings on them and after adjusting the color from blue to the red, got them mounted up.
Thanks to 4WP in Charlotte forputting the tires on the wheel for me
ready for the rings
ready to go thru the painfull game of "ring aroung the wheel"
More updates on the never ending project. Decided to swap in a 700R4 in place of the NV4500. This is going behind a AMC360 so I got an adapter from Novak.
removed 4500, installed TC adapter
