Yea, so did the project i'm working on now. I'm putting a big block motor out of a 2005 caddy escalade into a 1968 Chevelle. Its fly-by-wire with the 4l80e trans. Very cool stuff.
I just like to see innovative stuff, there definatly won't be very many of these around. The customer said he wanted the baddest chevelle and town, and i think he will!

Escalade does not have a bigblock. Still a cool swap.

actually its a 8.1 liter, i didn't buy the motor, but i'm pretty sure its out of a escalade

It would have to be out of a 3/4 ton suburban, yukon XL, or 8 lug crapalanch, It may be a 4l85e too. 8.1 makes it an even cooler swap.

I think the guy with the 91 needs to take the lift and the 26's, and nerf bars off of it and it will run better

I guess saying I've got a Gen VI 496 EFI big block would just be too confusing.
