A little help please?

Wait till you have to pull somebody out, that really shows you how weak but in a way strong the 22RE is. What gears are in it now?

Well all I know is that it has a 22RE in it, and its a 5 speed, haha. My dad was set on me driving a straight drive, and I thought it would be pretty awesome too. My yota is all I've known since I got my license. You have to remember, I don't know much, so a little bit more explaining would do some good I'm not dumb, I just haven't learned yet.

Well please enlighten us. I would like to know them. Another trick is to add more light or at least that what I did. Brights all the time plus two tractor lights, still not as bright as newer stuff but it works for me. Also for pics use photobucket or similiar it gives you the img code all you have to do is upload and copy paste.

I'll try to find the write-up I am thinking of. it was specificly for FJ60/62 Land Cruisers, but I imagine could be applied to older mintrucks/4runners, etc.

Pretty sure it was just a voltage drop kind of deal...like how the old starters get "clicky". Just adding a couple relays was all they did, IIRC.

Y'all should come to our next Rowan-Cabarrus meet and greet. Food, fun and sometimes wheeling depending on the location. Drinking allowed for those over 21! It'd be a good chance for you to meet a bunch of us. There's always a slew of toyota people there. (I mean, somebody has to pull my jeep out, right?) It'd be a good chance for you to meet the local crew. Maybe even make a URE run with us soon.

Here's the upcoming events thread. We are lookin at February 12th for the next date. Most likely will be at mbost's house in China Grove/edge of mooresville area.

I went to Carquest in Concord and one of my friends helped me out. They are Wagnor H6054 halogen high/low beams. I don't really know much about them, but I think I'm gonna have someone put them in that knows a little more about it than I do. I would have gotten those extra bright lights a couple of people mentioned, but I hate being blinded by them, so I'd rather not blind other people! Of course, the people who do have them can see a lot more, but I guess it's all a matter of opinion.
Thanks for the welcome from the guy that works in Kannapolis, but I got some now! Haha.
The next thing I gotta do is either get some new tires or replace the windshield.
I'm looking for 33/12.50/15's, but if it's a good deal I might even go 35's (if they fit).
Oh, and for the guy who asked what kind of yota, its a 93 single cab with a 3in body lift and 33's.
