Hello. My name is Will. I’m new to the forums. Thanks for having me.
I was just curious to know How many active members are in the Raleigh and surrounding area?

Ok my bad fellas. So yeah I have, apparently a small piece of property after reading https://www.nc4x4.com/members/doughboydd2500hd.1035/ that I was considering turning into a park. It is only 42 acres so I guess I’ll have to figure out another use for it. Thank you for your time. I’ll be back when I have 1000 acres never. Lol.

How about some more info to justify your post. Also all business related users will need a business member account.

If you are interested in starting a private 4wd park there are a number of members here who have and do run similar operations that can be a wealth of experience for you.

I mean, tell me that wasn’t the first thing that came to mind? This idea has been hashed out many, many times on the board with well thought out reasons and concerns. But just for shits and giggles, where’s the proposed park at, how many acres etc. have you even checked EPA requirements and zoning restrictions?
