A very ghey thread

I'm seriously considering a pedicure. I have multiple reasons. That said, has any had one or does anyone 'know' any one that has had one.

I can barely get out Chinese food ordered and have to get the same thing everytime. I feel that I will be clipped at a nail salon with a lady that can't understand me and i'll end up with pink toe nails. However, a foot/ankle/calf massage may be worth it.
 
Years ago my wife went through cosmotology school specifically to do "Manis and Pedis".

I used to go in and let her and the other students practice on me.

Side benfit..all the students wore those scrub tops like nurses and they bent over to work on your feet the entire time = profit.

Honestly... Been considering it myself.

I know of a few buddy's who done it. One was not the type of guy you would expect to have done it and tell, but he got it done and said he will never go without now and highly urges everyone to try it. I wear flip flops pretty much all summer long, so this might be my year.

You go first and report back...
 
One year for my birthday my wife got me a pedicure.

I felt pretty awkward but honestly it was pretty nice. Didn't get the nails painted or anything, she mainly just worked on all the dead skin and shaping the nails so they wouldn't cut into my toes.
Being a married man... I won't lie it felt kinda nice having a hot Vietnamese girl rubbing and handling my feet.
I don't think she enjoyed it as much as I did though.
 
Seriously....what's not to like? They'd have to put in over time and use power tools on my gnarled up, crusty, ragged looking feet....but I bet it would feel better when they were done!

I am blown away by the amount of WTF in this thread.

I could care less what my toes look like.

I also pity the poor person who has to rub my caloused feet. :lol:

Hell, my big toe only has half of a nail right now. :lol:

Had my final round of interviews with the CFO and other executives of my current company out in Portland...figured I needed to be as well put together as I could be, there was a salon in the hotel I was staying at...decided to get a manicure and pedicure. I liked most of it except for when they pushed on an in grown toe nail...and used that little metal thing on my cuticles. Considering I'm porking a chick a third my size every night, and she likes manicures and pedicures...that's really the only opinion I care about.
 
My wife recently started getting pedicures regularly along w her neighborhood girlfriend. She won't tell me how much it costs, only how much she enjoys it, so I imagine it's expensive........... I told her " Hell, I'll wash and massage your hooves AND paint'em for FREE! why are you paying an asian lady to do it? "

um bc she specifically wants time away from you?

In my experience girls day at the spa for pedicure etc has very little to do w/ the feet...

For my daughters birthday last year I ask her what she wanted. She said "Lets go get pedicures!" I couldn't say no. It was actually pretty good.
 
My wife took our 4 daughters to get one for Valentines day. They almost had me talk in to going after I gave them crap about leaving me out. I chickened out at the last minute and went to work to the shop and worked instead LOL

So you see my dilemma...she's always been better looking than me, and I've only gotten further out of shape. But the point remains, the good looking chick I'm porking prefers primped nails to grease under the fingernails. That's reason enough for me.
