Wow.....

Get off of a drunk driving/murder charge because you are "so well off that you don't know right from wrong", but you get caught running from the law in Mexico with a haircut that looks like it was done by a blind prison barber with dull scissors?

Texas 'affluenza' teen and his mother block extradition from Mexico

I have no doubt that he will be able to buy himself out of all sorts of trouble in Mexico.... but oh the day that he can't..... he's going to wonder where his @$$ ends and Juan begins....

The sad part is when they do get him he won't spend more than 15 months in JV jail until he's 19. He can't be tried in adult court due to double jeopardy (he was already convicted in JV court). Also his record will be sealed at age 19 and will be completely clean again. The mother on the other hand should be made an example of. Set her in prison for the max sentence and just wait on Jr, he'll be back in the system soon enough.

This whole thing make me furious. Like I literally see red when I see what happened with this kid and how he got off. The dumbest thing I've ever seen. I can't believe a lawyer would fight for him, can't believe a judge would allow his sentencing.
Meanwhile the mother just helps him get out of the state and he just party's away and plays beer pong and post it on the internet. The kid shows no remorse for the families he destroyed.
He will have his judgement day soon enough, and so will his stupid parents.

Same here. I can't express the fury I have for this kid.

If parents don't send their kids to SCHOOL they risk jail time. I would think if your kid is considered incompetent of right and wrong there would be some sort of backlash for the parent. I mean the idea of a child not fully knowing right from wrong is why there is JV court. But like ^^ its only a matter of time before he's in prison. I just think about how that judgment hit those parents. Unbelievable.

If that jackwagon didn't know right from wrong because his family was so "well off" then my family must have been the polar opposite because my dad taught me right from wrong at an early age, and continued to provide not so subtle reminders as I grew up. And thank God he did!

f#€k him, f#€k his momma, and f#€k the judge that let him off on that bull shit in the first place! He killed four people drinking and driving! Smug lil sombitcher!
