Almost the most Canadian story ever

So I'm trying to figure out what law was broken here, unless the ATV driver was also intoxicated (Ok so that's a very real possibility) or there is a seat belt violation for the couch guys. In most Canadian rural provinces ATVs are legal on the road.

My bet is if they'd just stopped and talked to the cop he would have just had a good laugh and let 'em off.

From what I heard, the driver drove off and they only arrested the guys on the couch and are trying to think of what they could charge them with. They didn't technically break any laws. Like I said this is what they said on the radio the other day.
