Anyone ever watch I shouldn't be alive?

Been watching this show for a while on Amazon. It's great to see people live through survival situations .

But it seems to me every episode shows exactly what not to do when needing to survive .

I think the show should be called "I shouldn't be alive because i have shit for brains"

Anyone else watch this show?
