Does it have to run?

You're welcome to bring him to my house and play on the tractor. I have some dirt to move around.

Most all the U-Pull-It, Pull-a-Part, & LKQ, will let you roam their yard. Some charge a $1.
Not sure about the other ones but rock hill yard says no kids

This. We went to 4 different ones a few weeks ago was denied at all 4.
All that I've been to recently has a sign that says no kids under __ (usually around the 12 y/o range).

At my house I have:
1 wrecker, a 6x6, a 4x4 LMTV, a crew cab that was never finished, a couple hmmwvs, a couple toyotas, a skid steer, and an old tractor I am trying quite unsuccesfully to part out)

Now if @rcalexander105 would just come BUY the toyota, I am getting hungry.

Dude. How did I not know this existed.
We took my son there for his 15th birthday thinking "Oh Boy we will blow a day just for him" This place rocks! the Curator rides around on a 3 wheeled bicycle and tells you stories on how he came across these tanks. It is an amazing place! I need to go back come to think of it. It's an old tool manufacturing plant and its huge. Plan to spend a day.

My dads shop on the northside of lancaster has a bunch of equipment, trucks, cars, tractors and boats if yall want to come by sunday afternoon I'll be there.

let’s do it. I don’t think I still have your number. Can you pm me

thanks!

Do this if you want to bore him with a bunch of junk Honda's and new vehicles and get a false sense of how cool junkyards can be.
There use to be a guy on here named @Royota that has a bunch of cool old stuff but I think he's a few hours away and not sure he'd be ok with it. Try to find older yards where they still have woods, not pavement like the lkq and upull it's.

Smith's scrap metal in Blacksburg has some older stuff buried in the woods and big scrap metal mounds and it's free to walk around and close-ish. Good luck and tons of cool dad points for you and doing something like this.

PM me sometime and I can try to get together to meet you out at the farm where he can see some cows and we have a steer we raised that he can pet. Also can ride him around on the 4wheeler or tractor
