Well found out what my popping noise was my lower ball joint on the driver side is shot...any pointers before I take this job on? Probably just going to do the drivers side for now till I have cash to do the pass side. Can't be any worse that changing king pins on a d60 right? Anyways anything would help thanks!
For what it's worth, the ones on my F150 were a piece of cake. The joints on the XJ were a little harder though the lower was no problem at all. Yours will be larger, but I don't think it should be too difficult.
