Ballistic Fab screwed me on shipping AGAIN!

I was out all last week with the Flu and closed shop for the week, that's why I didn't get to the phone. Ballistic does make a great product but that's the only positive thing I can say about them. They're inventory and respect of customers and shipping is out of control. They have made us look like a monkey F'in a football several times and I'm about done dealing with them. We have a little bit of stuff on the shelf and what we don't have we won't sell.

Mudds stuff is the Bomb!!! Ive used alot of his products.Did take him alittle bit to get a shirt..LOL
ive ordered parts from Chase(east coast),recieved my parts in exactly 21hrs, on in stock item
also ordered from Alex(carolina truggies),not in stock item 6 days,and then his vendor forgot a pair of wheel spacers and Alex got it to my door 2 day air @ no charge,,thats excellent customer service from all the locals,thanks,Jim


Also got some hiems from Ruff stuff....excellent also!!

Ordered some stuff last Thursday afternoon from Dan. It was sitting at my side door on Saturday morning! I really appreciate it too since I was needing those parts fast.

They'll be getting more of my business for sure.

Couple more things about Ballistic. With KOH coming up, you know that's who is getting #1 priority on parts. Also, I don't know if anyone saw their press release about getting a government defense contract. I can tell you right now, having worked for a defense firm and seen how those contracts work and the amount of money and potential money involved, I can guarantee that right now they don't give a damn about some tabs or tube inserts.
