We freeze em.

I used to keep them in the beer fridge freezer but the fridge is far enough out of sight, out of mind for me and...

I think they're better in the fridge.

I put in the freezer out in the garage, so they are out of sight/mind. Otherwise they don't last a day.

Plus, they warm up pretty fast. If they start out at 0c then you have more time to get them broken up into a bowl of ice cream or dipped into a beer and still be cold.
