Can't take it offroad because of lots of reasons, like the wheels/tires that would get destroyed.
Can't take it on the street because those punched picture frames would deafen you with wind noise. And it has parachutes for front fenders. That's where the fuel economy goes, right into those scoop-fender things.
There is, of course, also the not-insignificant matter of being seen by your friends on the street. Or anywhere.
