Cage work

@Chris_Keziah

Some love for the (not so) little guy getting his shop up and rollin'.

But seriously, very happy w/ how this 4xinnovations cage turned out. We made a few mods since I slightly resemble Lurch as well as got these bucket seats mounted up for my little dudes with that harness bar.

Can’t go wrong with anyone mentioned but I’ll put my card in for Rev Limit Fab.
@Chris_Keziah is no rookie in the game anymore.

You’re about to see some killer work (again) on @Joe J. Jeep as it enters the next stage.

I ave always liked this 4xinnovation design, but wonder if the B pillar posts make it hard to get into the back? There's so little room already to squeeze between the wall and the seat.

To the OP - something to think about is whether you want a custom design, or for somebody to fab up a pre-made thing. There are a lot of good designs out there already that will cost you less to just pay somebody to weld together... .but it comes at the cost of not having the cool factor of custom...

That B pillar comes in two pieces in the 4x cage to help keep shipping down and a sleeve to weld them together. We spread the B pillar as far as we could and slid it further back since I'm tall (6'3"). This required mods to the A pillar to keep it tight up against the dash.

I'll search up some more detailed pics and post up. I think for the price, the 4x cage it's hard to beat.

One more is Buckeye Performance, but they are probably further than all the others previously mentioned.

Buckeye Performance INC.

In the original sense they want them I think it would. On @rcalexander105 rig we pushed the B pillar up and back and extended the top of the A pillar to account for moving it back. I'm not small nor agile and I can crawl through, no worse than a TJ really iirc.

@mcutler is likely closest to you. Not sure how far he is backed up. Any of the others mentioned will give you a good product also.
Covered up. 1-2 year, including new chassis for myself and reproduction. Only custom here, could no way compete with kit pricing.
All folks mentioned are skilled and extremely capable. There are numerous talented fab shops in our state.
