I am heading up to Callalantee this coming weekend with some guys from CNC 4X4. If you want to join us we will be riding late on Friday, all day Saturday & Sunday and maybe a short run on Monday.

I will get there about 1pm on Friday to setup camp and gather fire wood.

Anyone???

ill be riding with butch. what day is major riding goin on? saturday or sunday. we will ride either. we doin the newest garden? love the updated map too Alan thanks for mapping that rockgarden for us.

We will be riding all day both days.

I'll be bringing some Mr. B's and some JR knock-offs, nothing too exciting. Unless I stop at JR's on the way up on Friday...
 
james i mailed off my application but nobody has cashed the check yet, hope it dont bounce!!!!!!!! see you sunday!

The most water I've seen coming over it in a long time. Probably snow melt from Monday's storm. Larry Smith and I walked it with ease :)
 
I only saw one camera all day Chip! I don't even think anyone in our group was taking pictures. Then again I was running straps and cables up and down "Pull Cable" for most of the good stuff, so I wasn't paying too much attention :).

There is only a few since not too far into the day we started the recovery effort... 8 hours getting Aarron's Kaiser off the mountain...I will do add details tomorrow or so.
 
i stared at those pics forever allen trying to figure out what rockgarden that was and its the one we cleared and i broke on! anybody make it up?

Missed you on Sat. I was hoping we could get togather and see that Rock garden, get you guys in the club and plan for the summer convention.
The CTB will be back in Feb, but I will be laid up recovering from a hernia operation.
 
I rode with Alan's group and here are some pictures of the rock garded. It is quite a long garden but, the small rocks easily spin out under your tires and the rocks were all very wet that day. Also, there is not a way down from the top of the garden so, you have to go back down.
After three of the five vehicles had trouble it took us all day to get back to the trailers. It was a blast!!

Yes it is the one you showed us last time. All the way down the logging road toward D. Payne Rd.

yeah sorry bout that james. i was comin up on sunday to wheel but i ended up buyin a 401 saturday and i was so excited that i decided to stay home and take it apart!

ill get up with you and we can do some planning. did you end up seeing that garden? im hoping to clear an exit for that trail before spring so its worth climbing to the top.
