Like he said before...all you had to do was back up 25ft into that "gully" as you put it, then pull back up. You didn't even have to get OUT of your rig, just kindly pull to the side, let us pass then pull back up. You ended up making a bigger deal out of it than it was. If you're worried about stepping out into a 30ft ravine, then do what every other logical person would do and climb out the OTHER door of your rig.
