Ok, now that I have your attention, help me settle a very serious debate in my household…

What is the best brand of peanut butter and why is it Jif creamy?

What say you?

@BigClay you trusted me on that TP sensor years ago, I beseech you to do the same once again.
Wal Mart, Ingles, HT usually have it

I grew up on crunchy but then I learned better... we go through a big jar of HT creamy about every other week, plus I keep a small jar of the natural (add a teaspoon of molasses) in the fridge, mostly for myself (no one else will eat it unless I sneak it on toast).

JIF reduced fat creamy

Peter Pan Honey Roast Crunchy is my fav, but I'm the only one who eats crunchy, and my toddler lives on pbj sandwiches, so we usually get whatever is in bulk from Sam's or BJ's. I think last trip was JIF.

Peter pan honey roast creamy is my pick for bagels. Used to keep a jar in my desk at work and take a bagel every day when I was actually in office.

I can vouch for this one as well. I like this brand because they sell off the peanut oil, and take the peanut and mix with coconut oil. Much healthier option. I love PB, but im vehemently against seed oils

This is a case where we are a house divided. Much like with pickles (Dill vs bread n butter).
Wife likes extra crunchy. Like basically just nuts that are loosely held together by the unlucky 10% that didn't survive the cull.
I like it smooth and creamy, especially toasted so it melts into the bread. Peter Pan Honey is definitely preferred but since she does the shopping I often end up eating JIF, which isn't terrible.

But Bes Knees PB FTMFW

(Note they also sell in small packets that are perfect for backpacking)

The best Peanut Butter is actually the USDA Surplus Peanut Butter in the #10 can. It wasn't crunchy but what do you expect from the Govt.
I grew up on this and the 5lb blocks of cheese.
