do you have some shitty weapons in your stash? if so get rid of them, because the game will automaticlly use the first weapon on your list
 
i had just attacked 2 guys and had no energy, i dont know if that matters. i was still online during the war, i guess that is cool during a war, i dont know.

i got lucky and a dude on pirate gave me an LRTR and a nuke tank when I was in some trouble. I just need to pump up my stats and get some bigger property and I should be set up pretty good.

The higher the level you have effects the more health, stamina, and criminal intent you have. Also You have more access to different cities which include better shops in the malls of that city. And as you progress through these levels and gain the other cities you can get more interest from the bank in the higher level cities. I think the interest starts going up around lvl 50 or so though I may be wrong.

btw I wonder if we as members of the cell, could use the cell's account. isn't the rate 15%? much better than my bank account at 2%. I could drop 100mil and take out 115mil when it pays the interest. easy money.
