Old C10 Cammed 6.2 swap I'm building, Vintage Air, new motor internals, New digital gauges the works. Show quality is what he wanted so its coming along.

This Cherokee chief has been a heck of a transformation. I'm still finalizing things but its almost finished. New SBC and everything else you can possibly replace. This is that Monstaliner paint in gloss in case you wonder how it looks here you go. New Chief decals are on the way. I ran true duals with H-pipe, dual flowmasters and 4inch tips. Customer gonna look good cruising the streets of myrtle beach!

I like everything about it except the repaint. I even love dark blue, but that jeep needed to keep the black and orange.

Most of the Motrotrend shows, would have matched the intake to the truck color, or painted it black. Maybe he Liked showing off the ARB boots, & it does somewhat match the plug wires, plug boots, & the Optima battery.
 
got to LS swap a Grand wagoneer, its almost done, but looking pretty good. That factory LS fuse box was really annoying to get it looking like it belonged there and I think I accomplished that. just waiting on driveshafts and Dakota digital speedometer adapter.
nothing fancy, just a plain simple swap customer wanted.

Just in case any of y'all have wondered 2018 LT1 6.2 with 8-speed is a heck of a swap if any of y'all looking to build a hot rod I finished one in a 77 C10 and let me tell you I have not driven a truck so fun to drive as this!! Factory Camaros had 2.77 gears, this having 3.07 makes it that much more awesomeness. lowered 7inches, ladder bars installed with BFG 295s and 265s front on aluminum really wheels makes this burn the first 5gears but it launches like a rocket while doing it lol.
his next model will be paddle shift and convert it to an LT4 (supercharged) this late fall (as if 500hp isn't enough lmbo).

freaking cleanest Grand Wagoneer you'll see...and now the baddest you'll test drive lol!
Swapped in a 2020 6.2 escalade 10L80 drivetrain with factory np229, ac/heat etc. Freaking jeep is stupid fast but quiet as can be at idle as he wanted. Fully restored interior and exterior with now a 40k mile newer powerplant. He'll be enjoying the 28mpg on his way back to Florida with it when just cruising.

making the np229 work with the 10spd was fun and interesting, used a 6l80 adapter and heavily modified it. nobody makes one so gotta improvise lol

true, he didn't want all this power. But this whole drivetrain was within his budget and as I tell all my customers you only spend this money for a swap once so you might as well go a little overboard in case you ever do want it haha
 
Digging that shroud setup. Any pics of how you are isolating it and the radiator? I need inspiration.

not for sale lol, 1 owner fully restored and with this Gen 5 swap now that thing would be worth probably 65k lol. but he won't. You're not the first person to have asked LOL I've had many other customers in the shop ask the same thing
