climbing kodak rock

Pretty sure it's your fault.

I dont know why alot of ppl refer to it as jeep rock too....cause my yota always does better when Im there lol :flipoff2:

I first wheeled that rock with my 36" iroks but messed up a few rear driveshafts in the doing. Now I have 38.5 creepies and it clears it just fine now.

Yep. So is the lower section what people are calling budweiser now? Pretty crazy the old obstacle(Kodiak) has just become the footnote at the end of another obstacle these days.

...Budweiser? , sheeeet, might as well just call it "swill". ;)

that whole area is noticably different every time I go up there.
I'll hafta try and coax the CJ up there again next time I go....I suspect that eventually it'll get too tall for a 94" wheelbase tho.

I made them both in my old XJ buggy on 33" Boggers.

Still dont see any problem with this rock, rocks whatever. I walked right up the entire trail and only slipped once due to my right boot being a little slick :D

I've been going to URE since 1990, and I have always known that spot as 'Kodak' due to all the picture taking that happens. I consider the whole area to be 'Kodak Rock', not a specific rock to be 'Kodak'. I've made the lower ledge in my Samurai when it is dry.
