C'mon you apes, do you wanna READ forever?!

The only thing I haven’t liked about your books is having to wait for the next one when I’m done reading them. Truly one of my favorite series to read. I doubt I’ll be the last 5 star review you’ll get too.
Thank you. :) I wish I could write faster!

And it appears to be doing well. Still rocking #2 in New Releases! Couldn't have gotten this far without the support of the forums.

This!!!!! My only complaint is that @Atla just writes too slow.

I wish I could write as fast as he reads!

I'm not supposed to... but I've got some plans for a six book already. (I'm really supposed to be working on these other contracted books!) It may just be a while before it gets out. :/
Hey, I'll ready anything once lol. I'll proofread whatever ya end up writing.

About an hour ago, I had this thought... Of Jed standing on the palisade wall of Whitesberg with the first wagon train of settlers streaming out the gates and into Prehistoria.. and all the adventure that would be had.... I couldn't help myself and had to start writing.

This book is coming eventually. (But first I've some contracted books that need writing.)

This was sent to me by a fan tonight. I LOL'd.

I'm going to be recorded on a Podcast this coming weekend. Nothing big or spectacular, just some buddies invited me on their new show.

Should be a fun time. They both love the WoP series so we should be talking in depth about it.

As for new projects. I think I've got some titles made up for the WWII sea monster books which I hope to write and release within a month of each other in mid-2025.

Book 1 - Trample the Weak.
Book 2 - Leap the Dead.
And if there's a Book 3 - Eat the Survivors. (Okay, I totally just made that third book title up. But it's catchy....)

So I can expect my proofreading copy around new year? Love WWII, so this ought to be good.

The Audible for Conquering Prehistoric is finished. I'm waiting impatiently for it to be reviewed and put up. I've absolutely no doubt that my buddy has freaking nailed it.

Work on Trample The Weak/Leap The Dead continues. Probably Summer 2025, because I got burned out on writing and took some time off after the Hurricane.

Settling Prehistoric is in need of an outline. But it's on a back burner with all the other projects I have. I'd absolutely LOVE to keep this series going. It's kind of my baby. But, looking at sales/royalties/reviews/etc, interest has waned and I'd be better off working on other books for now. The business portion of writing demands that I expand my catalog with other books in larger genres to get more readers.

Anyways, I would normally say I'd expect to get a lot of writing done with Christmas break coming up.

But alas, Mother Nature kicked us all in the groin and I only get Christmas Day off this year.

So, the writing continues at is current trickle.

Just found out the publisher who I'd signed the rights to for my next 5 books has gone under.

Which means the rights have reverted back to me for all of them.

That gives me a few options.

1. I know the folks who published West of Prehistoric would likely take them... but I don't like the idea of 'all my books in one basket'.

2. I could always self-publish and make 4x the money with a little extra work and a bit of a learning curve... while I like money, I dislike extra work and learning....

3. I could shop around for other publishers. There are a few I'd like to write for, and now that I'm 'established' I may have a decent chance at these books being picked up.

Decisions. Decisions...

Worst case, I'll just throw it on my blog for free and go back to writing West of Prehistoric books while I look for a buyer. :) Either way, it'll be readable once done. Cause tonight I'm writing about a badass Japanese POW slicing up some baby-godzilla kaiju's with his ancestral samurai sword while the main character is lighting them up with a Thompson.... And that needs to be read.

TRAMPLE THE WEAK is coming together nicely. Should be done by mid-May. And then you goons can start reading it for free and giving me feedback like usual. ;)

Here's the back blurb that I literally just threw together a few mins ago....

***

Corporal Henry didn’t sign up for adventure.

He signed up to kill the enemy.

And as the Marines of the 2nd Division push back the Empire of Japan from their heavily fortified islands in the Pacific Ocean, he is given the chance when they are tasked with taking Yeuhan Island. A small island with an airfield vital for the coming invasion of mainland Japan.

It is there, underneath the sand and bodies, that a secret of the Imperial Japanese Army will be discovered hidden inside the island.

The Emperor’s Unit Thirty-Five.

A sadistic combination of fanatical scientists and soldiers, who search for the mysterious, the wonderous, and the unknown. Anything that will aid their empire in crushing the Americans.

On Yeuhan Island, they found kaiju.

And it is up to Corporal Henry and his small band of degenerate Marines to kill them all.

Or the tide will turn, and the war will be lost
.

Gotta find someone to put together a cover, then I can maybe get the pre-ordering set up.

Also need a series name. Can't come up with anything good so far.

I just wrote the ending yesterday. It's pretty cool to write the perfect ending you've been setting up for several hundred pages...

Working on a final edit and should be able to send out copies this weekend to anyone interested.

Also, all the cool authors have an email list where they send out book release info. I created one with maillite last week.

So, if anyone wants a 1-2x a year email from me about releases... send me your email. I won't spam you.

And anyone who wants to read TRAMPLE THE WEAK, please msg me.
